The 4 Best Eye Exercises (5 minutes)
Your eyes have muscles and they can get sore when held in one position for too long, just like any other muscle of the body.
5 Minutes Eye Exercises
1. Palming (+/- 1 minute)
Rub the palms of your hands, like so, until they are warm and place them gently over your eyelids. Let the warmth of the palms transfer onto the eyes. Feel the eye muscles relax as the eyes find relief in the darkness. Persist until the heat from the hands has been completely absorbed by the eyes (about 20/30 seconds). Repeat two to three times.

Arm outstretched and your thumb up. Now, bend your arm gradually and draw it closer to the eyes, thus zooming the thumb in focus. Zoom in when close to the eyes, zoom out when away from the eyes, that is one round. Do 5 rounds, rest (close) or massage (rub) your eyes for 5/10 seconds.
