Hot Milk with Banana
Ingredients:
1 Cup of Milk or Almond Milk
1 Teaspoon of Kurkuma Powder
1 Teaspoon of Cinnemon Powder
2 Tablespoons of Water
Put a little Water in a pan and bring to a boil (this is so the milk won't stick). Add the Milk and bring to a boil. Bring down the flame and boil up the Milk three times. Bring down the flame, add the Banana and spices (optional) and mix with a hand blender. Serve hot.
