Hot Milk with Banana

For 1 person  

Ingredients: 

1 Cup of Milk or Almond Milk

1 ripe Banana

1 Teaspoon of Kurkuma Powder

1 Teaspoon of Cinnemon Powder

2 Tablespoons of Water

Put a little Water in a pan and bring to a boil (this is so the milk won't stick). Add the Milk and bring to a boil. Bring down the flame and boil up the Milk three times. Take off the heat, add the spices (optional) and mix with a hand blender.  Now add the Banana and break it down with your hands in little pieces. Serve hot.

Incidentally you can use fresh Kurkuma and crushed Cinnamon (crush with a pestle and mortar).
