Home Made Muesli

 For 2 persons

2 tablespoons of Coconut Oil and/or Olive Oil

1 cup of Mixed Nuts

4 tablespoons of Dried Fruits

2 tablespoons of Honey

1 pinch of Sea Salt

1 tabelspoon of butter (optional)

4 Cups of Oat Flakes

Heat the Oil in a pan, and add the Nuts and fry for 2/3 minutes, add the Oat Flakes, then add the Dried Fruits, fry for 20 minutes while stirring. Add a pinch of Salt and let it cool off for 5/10 minutes. Now add the Honey, and let it cool off more. It is important to add the honey when it is not too hot. maybe even after 15 minutes.

Serve with Milk, Kefir or Yoghurt.
