Pancakes Without Eggs
For 2 persons
200/250 gr White Flower
+/- 8 gr Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 Banana (optional)
2 Tablespoons of Sunflower Oil or Butter (this, with the banana, is the egg substitute)
+/- 100/150 ml Milk or Soya milk
Butter for frying
Mapple Syrup for servings
Put the milk in a mixer with the Oil (or Butter) and Banana.
Put the flower in a bowl and add the salt, mix in the milk mixture.
Heat the frying pan, and add butter (or oil for Vegan) until it almost smokes, add a soup spoon ful of the batter, and cook one side, until the top dries out, then flip it. Turn down the flame and cook both sides for about 2/3 minutes.
Serve with Mapple Syrup, and/or Agave Syrup, and/or (powdered) sugar.
