Fetucini With Cream
For 2 persons
Ingredients:
Fetucini
500 gr. Fetucini
1 Tablespoon Sea Salt
5 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Optional:
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Asafoetida
2 teaspoons Oregano
1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Cream Sauce
5 Table spoons Olive Oil
1 teapspoon Asafoetida
1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
1 Tablespoon Oregano
1 Tablespoon Italian Mixed Herbs
3 Teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
1 Grated Zuchini (Courgette)
5 Table spoons Flower
1 Tablespoon Honey
2 Teaspoons Fresh Lemon Juice
3 Cups Milk
Boil the water, add salt and Olive oil, and add the Fetucini, boil for about 6 minutes.
In another pan, heat the Olive Oil, add the Asafoetida, Oregano, Italian Herbs, Gound Pepper and Nutmeg. Fry for a few minutes, add the grated Zuchini, and fry some more minutes. Add the flower, and fry for few more minutes and add the salt. Add the milk, stir good, and bring to a boil. Let it cool off a little then add the honey.
After the Fetucini is ready, throw in a skillet and wash with cold water. Optional: Put a little olive oil in the pan, add 1 teaspoon of Asafoetida, 2 teaspoons of Organo and 1 teaspoon of Ground Black Pepper. Fry for 2 mninutes, and add the Fetucini, and add 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil.
Serve on a deep plate, and add the cream sauce on top.
