Simple Pasta wiith Olive Oil and Vegetarian Parmesan

For 2 persons

500 gram (17 oz) Whole Wheat Pasta

1 Teaspoon Sea Salt

2 Tablespoons of Virgin Italian Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon Vegetarian Parmesan

1 Litre of Boiled Water


Boil the water. Put the boiled water in a pan, and add the pasta, and 1 tablespoon of Oilve Oil. Boil al dente. Drain the pasta. For one serving: Put the pasta on a plate, add one spoon of Olive Oil, add the Parmesan, and add a little extra salt. Serve with green salad, with Olive Oil, Lemon, and (Kalamate) Olives.
