Lambs Lettuce Salad with Roasted Almonds

 For 2 persons

4 handfuls of Lambs Lettuce Salad, or any salad.

2 handful of Almonds

1tablespoon Olive Oil

1 tablespoon Pumpkin Seed Oil

1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed Lemon Juice

2 tablespoons of veggie Cream Cheese 

1 teaspoon of Sea Salt

1 teaspoon of ground Black Pepper

1 Sweet Paprika cut in circles then in cubes (optional)

Fry the Almonds in a frying pan with Olive Oil. Add Sea Salt. Wash the Salad. In a big bowl add the Pumpkin Seed Oil and Lemon Juice, and mix. Add the ground Black Pepper and Cream cheese, add the the Salad and fried Almonds and add the Sweet Paprika (optional) and mix. Serve with toasted bread.
