Buddha Bowl

 For 2 persons

4 Carrots

2 Potatoes

1/2 broccoli 

1 cup Pumpkin

2 tablespoons Olive Oil

1 liter of boiling water

2 teaspoons of salt

Heat the Olive Oil in a big pot and fry the vegetables. Add the boiling water (boil the water in a tea boiler), and cook for 30 minutes on a soft flame. Add salt.
