Homemade Tahini

 1 cup of Sesame Seeds

3 tablespoons of Oilve Oil (or any vegetable oil)

1/2 Teaspoon of Seas Salt

Bake the Sesame Seeds in a skillet, be caerful not to burn them. Once they get hot, they almost immediately burn. Put them in a mixer while hot, add the Olive Oil and Salt, and mix until runny (about 2/3 minutes).
