Hanuman Mantra to Find Things

 om namo hanumate ramadutaya namaha

om namo - I bow or offer salutations; hanumate - to Lord Hanuman, the embodiment of strength and devotion; ramadutaya - to the messenger (duta) of Lord Rama; namaha - offering reverence and surrender.

Translation

I offer my humble obeisances unto Lord Hanuman, the divine messenger of Lord Rama.

Synonyms

om (ॐ) - pranava (sacred syllable) The primordial sound representing the Absolute (Brahman); kartaviryarjuno - Arjuna, son of Kartavirya (krita-virya - of achieved heroism); nama namas - Obeisance or "not mine" (na-ma), indicating the surrender of ego to the deity; raja rajan - the Sovereign or King; one who shines or rules; bahu bahu - Arms; this represents power and the ability to reach and act; sahastravan - possessing a thousand. sahasra (1,000) denotes infinity or boundless capacity; tasya tad - of him / his; smarana smṛ - to remember. Remembrance or the act of bringing to mind (recollection); mathrena matra -by the mere act of; gatham - to go. That which has departed or gone away; nashtam - to perish. That which is lost, vanished, or disappeared; ca - and; labhyathe - to gain, is obtained, is regained, is retrieved.

Translation

Salutations to King Kartavirya Arjuna, who has a thousand arms. By merely remembering him, that which is lost is recovered.
