Pico de Gallo


- Tomatoes

- Jalapeño Pepper (or big red chili pepper)

- Red Paprika (Bell Pepper)

- Cilantro (Coriander)


Cut the tomatoes in quarter pieces, and cut out the middle. Chop the tomatoes, the Jalapeño Pepper,  Red Paprika (Bell Pepper), Cilantro (Coriander) and put in a bowl.


You can use this for a Burrito or serve with Tortilla chips or bread as an appetiser, or snack.
