Rice
Put the rice in a big pan or bowl and wash the rice 7 times, by putting water and throwing it out.
Dry the rice, put it in a sieve.
Heat the pan and put some ghee, butter or oil and fry the rice.
Boil water (best is to have an electric water boiler), and add to the rice.
The water should be about 1,5 cm (little more than 0.5 inch) above the rice.
Add salt and cook until the water has disappeared, than leave the rice with the lid on.
Serve hot.
