Chili Cheese Fries
Ingredients:
- 1 slice of Cheese (Vegetarian)
- 6 big Potatoes or 12 medium sized Potatoes
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Chilli sauce
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (optional)
- 1 slice of Cheese (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 2 teaspoons Oregano
Fry the fries, add salt.
The best is that the cheese be dried out for a day or two. Just leave it out of the fridge, for a day.
Then put it in the mixer to get a parmesan like cheese. Or simply add it in the mixer and add some salt. Add the chili sauce (something like Tabasco). Then sprinkle the cheese.
Another way is to put the cheese, with the salt and cayenne pepper in a mixer, and sprinkle.
Bonanza: add the Coriander Powder, Ground Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Cheese, Sea Salt and Oregano in the mixer, and then the mixture to the fried potatoes.
