Ketchup

Ingredients (for +/- 100 ml)

2/3 Gloves (crushed or mixed in a mixer)
1/4 teaspoon of Salt
1/4 teaspoon of Coriander powder
1 tablespoon of Wine Vinegar
1/2 tablespoons of sugar (Cane Sugar)
1 tablespoon of oil (Sunflower or Olive Oil)
1/2 teaspoon of Asafoetida (optional)
100 ml of Tomato Paste and/or Tomato sauce (Pasata)

Warm up the Sunflower Oil in a pan, add the Asafoetida and the crushed Gloves, add the Pasata,
add the salt, Coriander, Wine Vinegar and sugar. Boil it down for about 10/15 minutes and let it cool down (eg in the freezer).

Serve with French Fries or Chili Cheese Fries.
