Water Therapy
1. Drink a litre in the morning (with or without lemon juice)
2. Drink a cup of hot water or tea +/- 1/2 to 1 hour after meals
Normally the body needs 2 litres a day. This includes all drinks.
In summer, when it's hot, or after sweating, 3 litres.
