Rooibos Tea with Ginger and Cinnamon

Ingredients:

2 tablespoon Rooibos
1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger
1 Cinnamon Stick
Milk

Cut the Fresh Ginger very fine or simply rasp it.
Add all the ingredients in a pot with water and preferably bring to a slow boil. Let it cook for about 2/3 minutes or longer.
Optional: add milk.
Serve with whole wheat cookies.
