Toasti - Kaas broodje -

 For 2 Persons

Ingredients:

4 slices of Whole Wheat Bread

2 Tablespoons Butter

4 Slices Vegetarian Cheese or Vegan Cheese

Put the s Slices of Cheese on the Bread, make sure that a little Cheese is going outside the bread, and cover with the other bread. Put the butter on the outside of the bread (or simply put the butter in the Fying Pan), and add in the Frying Pan. Push with a  wooden cooking spoon to extra fry the Bread. Turn to the other side, and push with the spoon on top of the bread. Make sure all the Cheese is melted.

The secret of this recipe is to add a little more cheese going outside the bread, so this Cheese gets baked in the frying pan, as thought to me by my Grandmother - Oma Riek.

Serve Hot.
