Sandesh
Ingredients:
1 cup Panir
4 Tablespoons Cane Sugar (or Powdered Sugar)
Take the Cane Sugar and grind it to a powder, either in a Mortar with a pestle or simply in a mixer.
Take the Panir and add the Powdered Sugar and knead it with the ball of your hand. Push it on a clean surface. Push it with ball of your hand, and knead for about 5 minutes, the longer the better.
Now shape it in any form you want.
This particular recipe is a favorite sweet of Lord Krishna. The best is to offer it to Him and Radharani.
You can simply offer it to a picture of Them, with a cup of water and Hot milk.
