Baked Potatoes
For 2 persons
8 Potatoes
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Butter (optional)
1 Liter Water
1 Teaspoons Sea Salt (Ground)
Boil the Potatoes for 15/20 minutes so that they are still little bit firm.
Chop them in cubes: chop in half, chop in half again, and cut in cubes. Warm the Oil, optionally you can also add butter. Make sure the oil is smoking hot. Then gradually add the potatoes, so that oil does not cool down. Now first bake one side for about 5 minutes on high flame. Now turn each and every potatoes cube, and bake for another 5 minutes. At this stage you can turn the heat lower and turn back up when appropriate. Bake for another 10 minutes while turning the potatoes, until golden brown.
Now put in a skillet and add the Ground Sea Salt. Serve with Mayonnaise and/or Ketchup
