Orange Juice - Immunity Booster/Fat Destroyer

 For 2 persons

2 Oranges

1 Lemon

1 Tablespoon Fresh Turmeric (Kurkuma) or Tumeric Powder

1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger

1/2 Beatroot (optional)

1 cup Water

Cut the bottom of the oranges and the lemons, then cut the sides, then cut the tops. Put in a blender, add the Turmeric (Kurkuma), Ginger and half a Beatroot (optional), add the Water: Mix. Take a bowl and a sieve and put trough the sieve (optional). You can also eat/drink the pulp after sieving, together with a little juice.
