Muesli Smoothie
For 1 person
Ingredients:
0.5 Cup of Muesli
1 Apple
1 Tablespoon of Cane Sugar
0.5 Cucumber (optional)
0.5 cup Yoghurt or Milk or Almond Milk
0.5 cup of Water
Cut the apple, and take out the pits, add in a blender and add the Muesli, Sugar, and Yoghurt (or Milk), and mix.
Serve immediately.
