Tapioca Puding
1 Liter Milk/Almond Milk
500 gr. Tapioca
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon Powder
5 Tablespoons Cane Sugar
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Sugar
0.5 teaspoon Sea Salt
Soak the tapioca overnight in a bowl, cover with a plate (+/- 8 hours). Drain the water; put the tapioca in a strainer. Then transfer the tapioca back in the bowl.
Boil the Milk while stirring. Add the Tapioca spoon by spoon, and bring to a boil, while stirring. Boil softly for 5 minutes while stirring. Take off the boil, add the sugars and the salt. Serve warm with a pinch of Cinnamon Powder and/or Vanilla Sugar.
