Chocolate Banana Burrito

 For 2 persons

1 Banana

4 Tablespoons Dark Chocolate (at least 75% Cacao) or Carob (or Cacao powder)

2 Tablespoons Cane Sugar (optional)

1/2 Cup Water or Milk

1 Teaspoon Sea Salt

2 Buritos

2 Tablespoons Sunflower Oil

Take a sauce pan and heat it, add the Water (or Milk), the Dark Chocolate, Salt, and Sugar (optional). Slowly melt the Chocolate. Take a baking pan and add 1 tablespoon of Sunflower Oil, and heat the Burrito, on both sides, until it slightly pops up. Cut the Banana in half, length wise. Take the Burrito out of the pan, and put on a plate, put the half Banana, and add half of the Chocolate Sauce. Roll it up, like a Burrito, with one side close. Repeat for the other Burrito.

Variation #1: Add 2 teaspoons of Orange Zest (grate the orange outside of the peel very finely)

Variation #2: Melt the sugar until it's caramelized, follow the recipe as above.

Variation #3: Add Variation #1 & Variation #2

Easy alternative:

Put a Burrito in a Toastie Grill (Electric Grill or Panini Grill), or baking pan, gently crush half a banana and put on the Burrito, add two pieces of chocolate and add a tiny bit of salt, fold the Burrito in half. Grill or bake for 2/3 minutes. Serve hot.
