Carrot Fingers

Simply Carrots, one of the most under estimated vegetables.

Simply wash the carrots, peal them (optional), and cut them in half (so you have the top and lower part), then cut the two halfs in about 6 small pieces.

Now you should have small Carrot Fingers of about 3/ 1/2 inches long.

Either eat as a snack, or serve as a quick salad.
To keep them as a snack, put the Carrot Fingers in a bowl with cold water, in the fridge.
