Vegetarian Scrambled Eggs

1 liter Milk
Yoghurt  (alternative - Lemon or Lime will make the cheese more solid)
Olive oil (alternative - Sunflower oil or Butter)
Kurkuma
Black Salt
Tomato Cubes (optional)
Asafoetida (optional)
Ground or Crushed Black Pepper (optional)
Toast

Make the Cheese: Boil the milk, add the yoghurt. Make sure the milk particles separates from the Whey.
Throw the milk through a sieve (a sifter) or cheese cloth.

Put the Olive oil in a baking pan, add the Cheese, Black Salt and Kurkuma.

Optionally you can add Asafoetida, Tomato and Ground Black Pepper.

Serve with toast.
