Vegan Whipped Cream

1 14oz (400ml) can Coconut Cream
3 Tbsp Powdered Sugar (optional)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)


Put the can of coconut cream into the upper part of your refrigerator, near the back overnight.
Take it out, open it carefully.
Normally the cream part has separated from the water, the water below, the cream on top.
Take out only the cream (not the water) and put into a bowl.
Now mix it with a mixer until you get whipped cream consistency.
Optional: add powdered sugar and/or vanilla for sweet vanilla cream.
Whisk it in carefully.
