Vegan Egg Sandwich with Tomato
For 2 persons
1 Tomato
250 grams of Tofu
1 - 1 1/2 teaspoon of Black Salt
4 tablespoons of Eggless Mayo
French Bread or any bread
Peper
Salt
Soft Butter
Cut the tofu in small 1/4 inch (1/2 cm) slices, and put them on an oven tray (or simply bake them in a frying pan), sprinkle the black salt on them. Bake in the oven for about 20-30 minutes.
Slightly warm up the bread in the oven, and cut in half and cut open. Put butter on both sides, add the tofu, add the mayo, slice the tomato, and add the slices, sprinkle with pepper and salt.
Repeat for the second half of the bread.
