Homemade Bread

500 gr. Whole Wheat Flower
1 tablespoon of Sea salt
1 tablespoon of Yeast or 2 Tablespoons of powdered Sourdough Yeast.
2 cups of lukewarm water

Put the yeast in the big bowl and add little bit of lukewarm water.
Add the flower in the same bowl, add the salt and add the lukewarm water. I usually do this in the sink to avoid a mess. Mix with a big (wooden) spoon. If you like you can kneed the dough with your hands (optional).

Leave the mixture for 30 minutes, in a warm place with a wet towel on top.

After 30 minutes, prepare a baking bowl with baking paper inside, and add the mixture on top of the baking paper. Let it rest for 60-90 minutes. preheat the oven to about 200 degrees Celcius (392 Fahrenheit), and bake for 40 minutes.
Take it out of the tray and take off the baking powder, and let it cool off on a rack so it can air, for about 30 minutes.
