Pita Breads with Advocado Salad
For 2 Persons
Ingredients
2 Pita Breads (not on Ekadasi)
2 Advocados
1 cup of grated Red Gabbage
4 Tablespoons of Cottage Cheese (or any (vegan) Cheese)
1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Seas Salt
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Half a Lemon
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (optional)
Make Gaucamole. Peel the Avocados, take out the pits, put them in a bowl and crush them into a paste.
Add Olive Oil, half a Lemon, ground Black Pepper, Sea Salt and Cayenne. Mix all together.
Bake the Pita Breads in the oven for 5 minutes. Cut them open and smear the cottage cheese, on the bottom, then smear the Guacamole on top of the cottage cheese, and then put the grated Red Gabbage on top. Serve with Tabasco sauce and Sea Salt.
