Boiled Potatoes

For 2 persons

Ingredients:

10 medium sized new Potatoes

2 teaspoons of Sea Salt

1 Tablespoon good quality Butter

1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper (optional)

1 Camembert (with vegetarian Rennet) (optional)

4 Slices of Gouda Cheese (with vegetarian Rennet)

Boil the new Potatoes with 1 teaspoon of Salt for 20 minutes. (until soft)

Put a few on a plate and cut them in half, add the butter and /or Cheese, add some Salt.  And Black Pepper (optional).

Serve with Fresh Spinach and/or Salad, Sweet Peppers and Olive Oil.
