Chipped Rice with Yoghurt and Banana (Chida-Dadhi)
For 1 person
1 handfull of Chipped Rice
1 cup of Yoghurt
1 cup of Milk
1 Tablespoon of Sugar (Cane Sugar)
1 Banana
Boil the Milk and take it off the heat, let it slighty cool off and add the Chipped Rice. Let it soak for 1/2 hour. Take out the Chipped Rice when adding to the Yoghurt.
Put the Banana in a bowl and crush with a Cocktail Muddler and Fruit Crusher, add the Sugar and add the Yogurt, and mix. Take out the soaked Chipped Rice and add it in the bowl and mix.
