Sergio Leone's Pasta

For 2 persons

250 Gram of good quality Italian Pasta

1 Tablespoon of Seasalt for cooking

Expensive Salt like Maldon for Seasoning

1 Tablespoon of good quality Olive Oil

1 1/2 Liter of Boiled Water

Boil the water and add to a big pan. Add the pasta, and add a tablespoon of Sea Salt. Boil a per the package (al dente).

Put the pasta in a skilet (to drain the water), and add some Olive Oil in the pan and put it back and mix.

Put the pasta on the plates and simply add some good quality Olive Oil (Italian or Croatian), and add the good quality Salt (eg Maldon) on top.

You can also eat this dish cold.
