6 Minute Abs Workout (Sorry link does not work anymore, here is another video for inspiration)

Reverse Crunches (Lie on your back, bend your knees (keep your legs together) and pull your knees to your chest)- 20 reps
Toe Touches (Lie on your back and lift your legs, lift up, and touch your toes with your hands, bring the legs and hands back, and repeat) - 20 reps
Plank (Lie on your belly, and lift up on your elbows (like a sphinx) and toes) - 30 seconds

Reverse Crunches - 20 reps
Toe Touches - 20 reps
Plank - 30 seconds
