Fried Tofu
For 2 persons
250 grams Tofu
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Sunflower Oil
Put the oil in a frying pan and heat till it smokes.
Cut the Tofu in pieces of half a centimetre (1/5 inch), and put the pieces one by one so the oil does not cool off too much at a time.
Make sure the oil is so hot that the Tofu does not stick. Fry up one side and then the other, and fry a little more on both sides on a low flame.
Add the salt, on both sides.
Serve with Salad and Courgette Soup
