Corn on the Cob
For 2 persons
2 Fresh Corncobs (Cob of the corn)
3 Tablespoons of butter
3 Tablespoons of Veg Mayo
1 Lime (or lemon)
4 tablespoons of Dried Cheese or Vegetarian Parmesan (for Vegans add a Dry Vegan Cheese)
1 Tablespoon of Chilisalt
3 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro (Coriander).
2 Teaspoons of Sesame Seeds
Put butter on the corn cobs (with a brush). Bake the corncobs a baking pan.
Take them out of the pan, smear them with a brush with mayo, cut the lemon in half, and sprinkle half a lime juice on the corncob. Sprinkle with the cheese. Then the Chilisalt.
Now garnish with Cilantro and Sesame Seeds.
Serve in a basket of bowl, with a paper underneath.
