French Fries

Necessities: Freezer, Hot air fryer of big pan for frying, paper towels

Ingredients:

- 6 Big potatoes or 12 medium potatoes
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 3 tablespoons Corn Syrup (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
-  1 liter Sunflower oil or Olive oil
- 1 liter Water
- 10 Icubes
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda (optional)
- 3 tablespoons Ketchup

- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (optional)
- 1 slice of Cheese (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 2 teaspoons Oregano

Cut the potatoes in squares (cut of the peel on four sides).
Cut them in pieces.slices and cut the pieces/slices in french fries.

Put them in cold (ice) water to take of the starch for 5/30 minutes, or even 1/2 minutes.
Make sure to wash them off with fresh water to take out all the starch.

Take them out and dry them.

Now put them in hot (boiled) water mixed with sugar and corn syrup, baking soda (optional) and salt for 10 minutes or even a 1/2 minutes.

Take them out and dry them. And put them in the freezer for 20 minutes, or even 1/2 minutes.

Now fry them for about 7/10 minutes, or 20/30 minutes in an air fryer.

A more extensive way is:

Fry them for 2 minutes. If using a hot air fryer, for 2/3 minutes.

Let them cool off for 10 minutes or freeze them for later.

Now fry them again for 7 minutes or 20/30 minutes in the hot air fryer.

Add salt.

You can also add, Cayenne Pepper, Ground Black Pepper, Oregano, Coriander Powder, and Cheese.
Another way is to put the cheese, with the salt and cayenne pepper, Ground Black Pepper, Oregano, Coriander Powder in a mixer, and sprinkle.

Serve with ketchup or... Cheese sauce (both are optional)
