Vegan Egg Sandwich

 For 2 persons

2 Slices of Bio Tofu

2 Table Spoons of Vegan Mayo

4 Leaves of Letuce (Salad)

2 Slices of Bread

2 Slices of Butter (optional)

2 Teaspoons of Black Salt

Fry the Tofu, add the butter on the bread (optional), add the tofu on each bread, add the Black Salt, add the Mayo, add the Letuce.
