Crunchy Salad with Cucumber and Apple
For 2 persons
Half Iceberg Salad
Half Cucumber
1 Red Paprika / Bell Pepper
1 Crunchy Apple
Half a Lemon
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Cut up the Iceberg Salad in squares, cut up the Cucumber in squares, cut up the Red Paprika in squares, cut up the Crunchy Apple in Squares. Put in a bowl, add the Olive Oil and Squeeze the Half Lemon with a Fork.
Serve with Toasted Bread (or Bread baked in Olive Oil) or Rice Crackers and Guacamole.
