Home Made Bread in One Hour
2 cups of Luke Warm Water
1 teaspoon Dried Yeast
4 cups of Whole Wheat Flower (500 grams)
2 teaspoons Sea Salt
Put the Dried Yeast in the Luke Warm Water in a big bowl or pan, add the Flower, add the Sea Salt. Mix it together in the sink with a wooden spoon.
Put a baking paper in a square oven dish, add the dough mixture and put in the oven on the lowest setting for 30 minutes (okay 40 minutes is better ;) ). Then pump up the heat to 220 for 30 minutes. Take out the bread and take it out of the oven dish and remove the baking paper Let it cool off on top of a sieve, or a pan coaster.
