Yoghurt, Dry Rice, Banana's and Black Salt (Recipe for stomach problems)

 For 1 person

1 banana

2 Rice Cakes (or 1/2 cup of Flat Rice)

1/2 Cup of Yoghurt or Kefir

1 Teaspoon Black Salt

Cut the Banana in slices, crush the rice cakes with your hands in a cup, add the Banana, add the Yoghurt, and sprinkle the Black Salt. Eat immediately.

This recipe helps to calm an upset stomach (diarrhea).
