Vegetable Burito

 For 1 person

1 Whole Wheat Burrito

1/2 Elongated Red Paprika (Sweet Long Pepper)

1 tablespoon of Cream Cheese (optional)

1 tablespoon of Vegetarian Cheddar (optional)

1 hand full Fresh Green Salad

1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)

1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper (optional)

1/2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Bake the Burrito in a pan with a little Olive Oil, bake both sides for about a minute.  Put on a big plate. Add the Cheese, add the Paprika, add the Cream Cheese, add the Pepper and Salt. Add the Salad. Roll it up, closing one side.
