Fruit at the Bottom Yogurt

 For 3 persons

Ingredients:

3 cups of Yogurt

3 Tablespoons of Creme Fraîche

1/2 Banana

1 handful of Black Berries

1/2 Nectarine (Peach)

3 Dessert spoons of White Sugar

3 small glasses or cups

Crush the Banana in a glass with your hands or a drink muddler and add one big teaspoon of White Sugar and mix. Add 1 Tablespoon of Creme Fraiche, and add the Yogurt.

Crush the Berries in a glass with your hands or a drink muddler and add one big teaspoon of White Sugar and mix. Add 1 Tablespoon of Creme Fraiche, and add the Yogurt.

Cut the nectarine in small pieces and crush the Nectarine pieces in a glass with your hands or a drink muddler and add one big teaspoon of White Sugar and mix. Add 1 Tablespoon of Creme Fraiche, and add the Yogurt. 

Serve with Dessert spoons.
