In the Sri Caitanya Caritamrta, there are basically two meters.

The 'Sri Caitanya Caritamrta Meter' and the 'Sri Guru Carana Padma Meter' Slow Version & Fast Version

The first we call the 'Sri Caitanya Caritamrta Meter' consisting of 14 syllables per sentence, and simply follows the same meter as the famous verse

jaya jaya śrī-caitanya jaya nityānanda
jayādvaita-candra jaya gaura-bhakta-vį¹›nda

Synonyms
jaya jaya — all glory; śrÄ«-caitanya — to ŚrÄ« Caitanya; jaya — all glory; nityānanda — to Lord Nityānanda; jaya advaita-candra — all glory to Advaita Ācārya; jaya — all glory; gaura-bhakta-vį¹›nda — to the devotees of Lord Caitanya.

Translation
Glory to Śrī Caitanya and Nityānanda! Glory to Advaitacandra! And glory to all the devotees of Śrī Gaura [Lord Caitanya]!

This verse is also sung as an invocation before reciting the Sri Caitanya-caritamrta.

There are some tricky verses, that have a different amount of syllables, but my tip is to find the beat, the groove, don't get too technical, but try to swing with it. At the same time, take it easy, maybe take a pause between different words. Slow down.

Another tip is to count the syllables and omit a vowel eg A, or E at then of a word, when there are more than 14 syllables, so it adds up to 14 syllables, or make a pause when there are less then 14 syllables.

Perhaps a difficult verse to chant is the following due to having 13 syllables and 15 syllables respectively (instead of 14 syllables):

svāį¹Å›a-vibhinnāį¹Å›a-rÅ«pe haƱā vistāra
ananta vaikuį¹‡į¹ha-brahmāį¹‡įøe karena vihāra

Synonyms
sva-aį¹Å›a — of personal expansions; vibhinna-aį¹Å›a — of separated expansions; rÅ«pe — in the forms; haƱā — becoming; vistāra — expanded; ananta — unlimited; vaikuį¹‡į¹ha — in the spiritual planets known as Vaikuį¹‡į¹has; brahmāį¹‡įøe — in the material universes; karena vihāra — performs His pastimes.

Translation
“Kį¹›į¹£į¹‡a expands Himself in many forms. Some of them are personal expansions, and some are separate expansions. Thus He performs pastimes in both the spiritual and the material worlds. The spiritual worlds are the Vaikuį¹‡į¹ha planets, and the material universes are the brahmāį¹‡įøas, gigantic globes governed by Lord Brahmā.

Then there is the seemingly impossible CC meter, but its simply the same as the famous song of Sri Narotamma Dasa Thakura, from his Prema Bhakti Candrika, called Guru-Vandana (Sri-guru-carana-padma). Please check out the tune here.

(1)

1) The lotus feet of our spiritual master are the only way by which we can attain pure devotional service. I bow to his lotus feet with great awe and reverence. By his grace one can cross the ocean of material suffering and obtain the mercy of Krsna.

(2)

3) He opens my darkened eyes and fills my heart with transcendental knowledge. He is my Lord birth after birth. From him ecstatic prema emanates; by him ignorance is destroyed. The Vedic scriptures sing of his character.

4) Our spiritual master is the ocean of mercy, the friend of the poor, and the lord and master of the devotees. O Lokanatha Goswami! O master! Be merciful unto me. Give me the shade of your lotus feet. Your fame is spread all over the three worlds.

An example of this is:
