Orange Juice

For 1 person

1 or 2 Hand Oranges (for eating), preferably without pits. You can also add half a lemon.

You can also do this with grapefruit.

Cut the top of the orange, put the orange on the cut side, now cut the sides, cut the rest. Now cut the other top of, and cut the remaining bits.

Put in a mixer and add water. Mix it.

Sift the juice though a skillet (sieve) and throw away the pulp. Pour the remaining juice in a glass or cup.
