Macaroni & Cheese (Mac & Cheese)

 For 2 persons

Pasta:

500 Gram of Pasta or Macaroni

1 tablespoon Olive Oil

1 liter Boiling Water

2 teaspoons Sea Salt

Sauce:

5 slices or 5 Tablespoons of grated Vegetarian Cheese or Vegan Cheese

2 cups of Milk or Soya Milk

1 teaspoon Paprika Powder

1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

1 teaspoon Sea-salt

Pasta:

Boil the Pasta or Macaroni for about 7 minutes (whatever time is on the box), in a pan with boiling water (the best is to boil the water in a kettle first), add 2 teaspoons of Salt and 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil. When ready drain the pasta in a skillet.

Sauce:

Heat up the milk in the same pan, and bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes. 

Turn off the heat and add the Cheese, make sure it melts, if not gently turn on the heat, but don't let it boil.

Turn off the heat, then add the Turmeric and Paprika Powder, and mix it in.

Add the pasta and the Salt and mix.

You can also put it in an oven tray, add some extra grated Cheese, and put it in the oven or grill for about 5 minutes.
