Cheese Fondue

 For 2 persons

The Fondue:

500 grams of Gouda Cheese

4 Tablespoons Flower or 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch

1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice

1 teaspoon of Black Ground Pepper

1 teaspoon of Ground Nutmeg

1 teaspoon of Sea Salt

33 cl (1 can) of 0.0 Non-alcohalic Beer or Non-alcoholic White Whine


Dipping Ingredients:

Roasted Bread

Mini Carrots or Carrots

Lightly Steamed Broccoli (or raw)

Lightly Steamed Cauliflower (or raw)

Cherry Tomotoes

Heat the pan and roast the flower, add the cheese and spices, melt the cheese and slowly add the Non-alcoholic Beer or Non-alcoholic White Wine. Heat slowly and stir. Serve hot, preferably in a fondue set.
