Roasted Camembert

 For 2 persons

For the Camembert:

1 Camembert (with vegetarian rennet)

1 teaspoon of Ground Black Pepper

1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon of Fresh Rosemary (optional)

For the Bread:

4 Slices Whole Wheat Bread (or any other bread)

2 Teaspoons of Asafetida (optional)

1 teaspoon Seas Salt

6 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Cut the bread in slices, put the Asafetida, Salt, and Olive Oil in a bowl and drench the bread in them.

Put them in the oven, grill or baking pan. Now take off the wooden top covering of the Camembert and stick in the Rosemary leaves, sprinkle with Black Peper and Olive Oil, put in an oven tray, and put it next tho the Breads. Grill for 10 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius (350 Fahrenheit). Make sure the breads are crunchy, if necessary grill them one more minute one 220 Celsius (420 F). Serve hot, with non-alcoholic red whine.
