Chili Fries - Hot Fries

Necessities: Hot air fryer or big pan for frying.
For 2 persons
Ingredients:

- 6 Big potatoes or 12 medium potatoes
- 1 teaspoon Salt
-  1 liter Sunflower oil or Olive oil


- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 2 teaspoons Oregano (optional)
- grated Cheese (optional)

Cut the potatoes in slices. 

Now fry them for about 7/10 minutes, or 20/30 minutes in an air fryer.

Add Sea Salt, Cayenne Pepper, Ground Black Pepper, Oregano, and Coriander Powder.
You can also add grated cheese.

Serve with ketchup or... Cheese sauce (both are optional) or with Seared Chili Panir Steaks or Seared Chilli Tofu Steaks and Salad (Avocado SaladIceberg Salad with Roasted Sunflower Pits etc.)
