Rice Salad, with Olives and Kidney Beans
For 1 person
1 Cup of Boiled Brown Rice that is cold.
1/2 cup of Canned Kidney Beans Washed
2 Table Spoons of Calamari Olives and Green Olives
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon of Ground Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon of Ground Sea Salt
1 Teaspoon of Tabasco (optional)
1 Teaspoon of Fresh Lemon Juice (optional)
1 Tablespoon of Chopped Cilantro (Coriander Leaves) (optional)
Mix all the ingredients together. Serve Cold.
Concerning the Kidney Beans, ofcourse you can buy normal Kidney Beans, soak them overnight and cook them. What I do is buy Canned Kidney Beans, and rinse them thoroughly with water.
