Simple Salad with Sweet Bell Peppers (Paprika)
For 1 person
1 cup of Green Salad
3/4 Sweet Bell Pepper
2 Tablespoons Corn (from a can, but better from the cob)
1/2 Ripe Advocado (optional)
1 Tablespoon of Roasted Pumpkin Seeds (optional)
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 Lemon
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper (optional)
Wash the Saled and put in a bowl, cut the Sweet Bell Pepper in circles, and add in the bowl, add the corn, Cut the advocado in half, and leave the half with the pit in the fridge, and add in the bowl. Cut a lemon and squeeze one half above the bowl, add the Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper (optional), add the Roasted Pumpkin Seeds. Serve with a whole wheat Burrito, warmed up in a frying pan (with or without Olive Oil) or heat in a toastie maker.
Variety: wrap the whole salad in the warmed up Whole Wheat Burrito.
